UPDATE 2: I tried downloading and installing Teradici's PCOIP Agent (PCoIPagentreleaseinstallergraphics.exe) direct from Teradici. Using jumper 15 is generally not required as you can reset the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card parameters from the AWI ( Configuration > Reset Parameters). Looks like it's a known issue with Teradici PCOIP protocol and it hasn't been fixed yet.
